The staff at Hotel Levi Panorama will ensure that your event is running smoothly, and the restaurant will provide catering that is tailored to your needs, from breakfast and coffee breaks to gala dinners. If you wish, you can buy the whole package from the same location. Additional services, from technical equipment to performers and gondola or bus transportation, are also easily arranged through the hotel’s partners.

Summit Nordic scenic meeting rooms
Levi Summit has a total of six meeting rooms, each with stunning views over the wilderness of Lapland and the Levi ski village. Each meeting room is suitable for events of 20–30 people, but they can also be combined in various ways to accommodate larger groups. The scenic spaces can be easily combined with lobby and café areas by using movable walls, making the spaces well-suited for events such as trade show exhibitions or dinner receptions.
Multi-purpose backstage areas and a lobby
On the first floor of Levi Summit, there are three backstage areas with their own toilet and shower facilities, as well as a spacious lobby. These spaces can be used as break and refreshment areas for performers during concerts or meetings. The premises are not completely accessible.

Combine your meeting with activities
Levi offers an endless amount of activities for every season, which you can combine with your event. In winter, for example, you can go skiing, snowshoeing, take a dog sled ride, or participate in a lively outdoor laser-tag game. During the summer, there are plenty of opportunities to experience the great outdoors, whether on foot, by bicycle, on horseback, or by water, like canoeing. Levi also has a scenic 9-hole Levi Golf course, an adventure park, and a disc golf course.
